Made with 100% premium Cotton fabric and filled with Flaxseeds, rice, organic lavender and chamomile buds. Cover is removable and washable - flaxseed pouch can be spot cleaned only.
Use hot or cold!
COLD THERAPY: put the inner pouch in the freezer for an hour or more.
HEAT THERAPY: carefully heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals. Test the temperature of the eye mask before placing it on your face.
