Care and Use:
Use hot or cold, simply put the inner pouch in a ziplock bag in the freezer for an hour, or carefully heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals until warm. Give it a shake and place it on any spot that needs comfort and relaxation. **Test the temperature before placing it on your skin!
